A lovely restaurant with patio.

The room was fashionable with sofa bed, southwestern decor from the buildings, an open balcony and safety measures included smoke detectors. The staff were affable and the breakfast was delicious with the rate.

The decor at Hotel Santa Fe is charming, with lovely Native American designs all around. The common areas felt warm and inviting. I appreciated the quick shuttle service to local attractions. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles and offered helpful tips. The restaurant had an excellent dinner menu, especially the lamb chops. The dining service during dinner was hit or miss, with a couple of long waits. The room itself was cozy, complete with a comfortable bed and adequate space. The air conditioning unit was noisy, made sleeping a bit tricky at times. I also noticed some traffic noise that could bother sensitive sleepers. Housekeeping could have been more thorough. I found a couple of leftover items from previous guests. Wi-Fi connectivity was good though was nice. The hotel exuded a cute vibe, but some areas like noise control and cleaning consistency need attention.

Used the spa and it was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and most accomodating. Upgraded to a mimi suite and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Very clean - spacious room and very comfortable bed. I really liked the coffee served at the elevator lobbies - much better than the packets of "office" coffee usually provided in the rooms. Great location - restaurants, farmer's market, city center were walkable from the hotel.
Spa could be bigger. Larger changing area - and larger, more private waiting area, plus hot tub etc. would be nice.

Though the hotel has a charming decor and is conveniently located near galleries and restaurants, my experience was marred by a less-than-helpful front desk staff and a noisy room that hindered sleep. The atmosphere was pleasant, but improvements are needed in service and soundproofing.

Nice comfortable hotel
One night in the lobby,my wife and I went down for desert. The restaurant and lobby are adjoining. It was about 9 pm. While enjoying our desert, a woman and man in the lobby started laughing while watching a video on their phone. They got louder and louder until the woman was laughing so loud it was disrupting the whole area. I complained to the staff with no results. I then asked for the night manager who defensively explained that the woman was celebrating. I replied that my wife and I were also celebrating, a wedding anniversary. The night manager said she knew the woman since she had been there all week and ate breakfast in the restaurant every day ( so had we ). What that had to do with anything I don't know. We will not return.

The spa was good, and the food was really good! My stay was super relaxing. Being a stone's throw from the farmers market was a bonus.
But they might want to check the air conditioning-my room reminded me of a sauna! Not exactly the cool escape I had in mind.
